To avoid injury to bone tissue and destruction of the tooth socket due to roots diverging in different directions during extraction, the tooth is first divided into fragments in a strictly defined sequence, and then carefully extracted without damaging the bone walls. The manipulation is completed by applying a cross suture, which stabilizes the blood clot and stimulates rapid healing

As a rule, these are "eights" or wisdom teeth that do not erupt completely and are covered by fragments of bone tissue and gums. They are removed using the atraumatic method of sectioning, and the gums above them are sutured. At Avroraclinic, this is a routine manipulation after which patients do not experience discomfort.

It is performed before the implantation procedure, when delicate tooth extraction allows to form an osteotomy hole and install the implant immediately, and the remaining fragments of the socket are filled with a special composition containing collagen and bone material.
